The well-maintained, spacious property is divided into several areas: the Beach Wing with direct beach access, the Thai Village Wing, and the Garden Wing. They’re all built a bit differently, but each one comes with air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace.
On the grounds of Amari Koh Samui, you’ll also find three large swimming pools, a spa with wellness offerings, and a fitness center. In addition, there’s the Italian restaurant Prego and the burger restaurant Stacked, which is located at the partner hotel OZO in Chaweng.

Very centrally located, you’ll find Best Western Chaweng Samui right on Chaweng Beach Road. It’s right in the middle of the action but only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. So it’s ideal if you’re looking for a good mix. The modern furnished rooms are all air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Despite the lively location, it’s pleasantly quiet at the hotel.
Guests also have access to a swimming pool that’s even covered, which is perfect in the rain and also in the sunshine, since it’s in the shade. At the on-site spa, you can treat yourself to massages or treatments. How to Get to Koh Samui
The easiest and fastest way to Koh Samui is with a direct flight from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. The international airport of Koh Samui was built by Bangkok Airways and therefore the price for a flight ticket is kind of more expensive, because they preserve a monopoly – with a few exceptions.
It’s cheaper when you go to Surat Thani or Nakhon Si Thammarat on the mainland of Thailand. Airlines like AirAsia, Thai Lion Air and Nok Air fly to those cities from the Don Mueang airport in Bangkok. At the destination airport you can take a bus to the Donsak Pier or Tapee Pier and from there a ferry to Koh Samui.
