After a short stay in Chiang Mai 2013 I came back again last year for a month to see the Yi Peng and Loy Krathong Festivals in the “Rose of the North”. This is how Chiang Mai is lovingly called in Thailand with its hundreds of temples.

To get that feeling back, I’m staying right now another month in the city. I really feel comfortable here and that’s why I want to take you to Chiang Mai in our newest video. As always, all the scenes were recorded with the GoPro.

I visited the following places in the video: Wat Rajamontean, Wat Lokmolee, Wat Phra That Doi Kham, the Yi Peng Festival at the Mae Jo University, Wat Chiang Man, Wat Buppharam, Wat Chedi Luang, the Mae Sa Waterfall, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, the Loy Krathong Festival, Wat Phan Tao, Wat Sri Suphan and Wat Phra Singh.

Enjoy our video from Chiang Mai! If you like the video and you would like to see some more, then take a look at our YouTube channel and subscribe. There you can find many more videos from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
