Although we’ve been to Chiang Mai a couple of times, we actually never managed to visit Pai. That changed recently in October this year. Despite the information we’ve read about Pai, the expectations weren’t too high as the town apparently changed a lot during the last years and lots of visitors are coming to Pai nowadays.

But what can I say, Pai surprised us absolutely! It actually reminded us a little bit of Koh Phangan, at least the atmosphere in town. The only difference is that you are surrounded by rice fields and mountains instead of the ocean. Pai is a quite small town, but the vicinity has a lot to offer and it doesn’t get boring so fast as there is much to discover in and around Pai.

Our Pai video – the most beautiful places

Of course we recorded our Pai experiences with our GoPro Hero6 and DJI Mavic Pro drone and created a video from all the footage.

In the video you can see the following places: Coffee in Love, Memorial Bridge, Wat Phra That Mae Yen, Mor Paeng Waterfall, Bamboo Bridge, Pai Canyon, Wat Mae Hee, Mae She Thai Patthana Chit Chaloem Phra Kiai, Land Split, Santichon (Chinese Village) and the Yun Lai Viewpoint.

Have fun with our latest Thailand video of Pai. We really liked the town and the video shows the diversity of Pai and its surroundings.
