The staff was great Adun arranged a taxi & boat for us from our hotel 3 hours away & a snorkel trip & scooter. The front porch on the bungalow was great & we loved the beach with the many options to eat at & the big rock in the center of the beach that was also a“bar”. Everyone is super friendly & we felt right at home. Absolutely loved that we had free use of the paddle boards all day!

Clean, quiet, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation vacation to turn off the hustle a bustle of everyday life, a time to recharge the human batteries. No loud boats or jet skis zooming along the beach. No parties or clubs with flashing lights or screamin parties.
Staff are excellent, attentive but not in your face.
If you’re just looking to rest, read a book and enjoy the sun, surf., and bury your feet in the sand, this is the place. Staff can arrange a day trip to any other island for you.
Food was great from a light breakfast to a big dinner
This is not a 5 star hotel or a discount cheap hostel. It is however a nice place to stay & I will be back

I loved staying here. The woman who runs the restaurant and bungalows is hilarious and so kind. She gave me juice and aloe when I arrived, exasperated and sunburnt. The WiFi is strong, mini fridge in the room is such a bonus, and water heater and strong water pressure made for the best Thailand shower. You’re a short walk from the longest beach and also close to all the other restaurants. It’s easy to get lost in trying to find the “perfect” place to stay, but look no further, you’ll be happy and contented to stay here!!!
On average, 3-star hotels in Ko Jum cost $75 per night, and 4-star hotels in Ko Jum are $97 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Ko Jum can be found for $645 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

Koh Jum is a beautiful island, also quiet (not like Phuket for example). I loved that from Krabi transportation is with local boats and the beautiful green jungle everywhere. The local way of living is unique too, I was walking in Koh Jum to see the life of the island. it is perfect for relaxing and the surrounding is beautiful.

Spending six days at Koh Jum Resort was a unique and memorable experience.
The setting itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with every single bungalow offering an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The architecture and design of the bungalows blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.
However, what truly sets Koh Jum Resort apart is its stunning location and the people who run it. The resort manager and his exceptionally service-minded staff go far beyond the ordinary in their dedication to making guests feel welcome and cared for.
Their attentiveness is remarkable—they always seem one step ahead, anticipating needs before they are expressed. Every interaction is infused with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness, making the stay feel effortless and delightful.
It’s rare to come across a place where beauty, comfort, and hospitality unite perfectly.
Koh Jum Resort is not just a destination; it’s an experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Koh Jum has quiet sandy beaches which allow you to escape the crowds! Lovely food and nice people. Simple beach bungalows - seafront is best 😊. There are quirky bars scattered on the various beaches - which are great to visit . Saw no cars on the island , just a couple of trucks for guests otherwise it’s scooters or Tuk-tuks. We hired a scooter to see some of the island and loved Chaolay seafood in the north .

Koh Jum is a relatively small Island, and perfect location if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of more popular locations in Thailand.
Although it does cater for tourists, it is not over commercialized like Patong Beach in Phuket.

Calm and quite place with a mix of rocky and sandy beaches.
Calm and quite place with a mix of rocky and sandy beaches. Plenty of nature, great food with friendly and welcoming local people. Suitable for families and people looking for a beutiful place off the beaten track and nowhere near as busy as nearby places such as Phi Phi island. Btw, I don't believe there is an ATM in the island.

The views, the ambience and friendly staff. The island has very few cars and we were able to rent a motorbike with side rickshaw from Banyan Bay Villas, allowing the three of us to visit the rest of the island and discover local restaurants since the hotel is located in the quieter northern part of the island.
The owner was present each day, has excellent language skills and was very helpful.
This is an amazing place to relax and get away from the crowds. It is on a beautiful beach which is nearly deserted with a cozy little bar and restaurant with very good pizza (the owner also has a Swiss-Italian restaurant in Krabi).
I first came to Thailand in 1978 and it reminded me of that much simpler relatively unspoiled time.
Great little resort right on the beach around 20minutes walk to Ban Ko Jum. The pool was lovely to have, not big but clean and set out with loungers.
We also had separate pool towels to take out of the room.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, collecting us and dropping us back at the pier when we left.
Great value accommodatiòn
Loved the location next to the beach. A short walk to lovely local places to eat at night if you didn’t want to eat at The hotel.
Beach bar was well staffed and well priced. Pool had sun beds bean bags and tables.
Everything ! Just be aware if you rent à motorbike at ko jum pier to come by yourself you should definitly take the main road and not the costal one maps indicates (especially if it rains)
