Please be advised that from 15 June to 31 October 2025, selected family facilities will be temporarily closed for upgrades. The indoor Kids Club will remain fully operational. Please be informed that the swimming pool and sun loungers located in the Busakorn Premium Wing is reserved for guests who are staying in this wing. Guests staying in main wing are not entitled to use these facilities. The pool area in the villas is exclusively for guests staying in the Premium Villa Pool View or Premium Villa Pool Access. Guest staying in other room categories such as Premium rooms or Standard rooms are not allowed to access the villa area. Children aged 0 to 11 years can stay for free when sharing a bed with their parents. No extra bed. A third guest aged 12 and older will be considered an adult and will be subject to an additional charge of THB 1,780 net per night, excluding breakfast. Please note that in case of early departure, the property reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. In the case that the credit card is not presented, a new payment will be required from the guest.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
