Clean, on the beach, good breakfast, super comfortable beds and pillows, great place to relax. Only 10 rooms so felt personalised. Our advice - If you arrive on the port, it’s a sandy, hot 25 min luggage carrying workout. Advise getting a private boat or horse taxi!

We've stayed here a few times, and have always enjoyed it. The property is small and quiet, and located just two minutes walk from the beach. There is a decent local restaurant across the street, and a few more options a little bit further away. Staff are very friendly.

This has hands down been the best accommodation of our entire trip through Indonesia. Our room was simply delightful—spotlessly clean and so warmly decorated. We loved it so much, we just kept extending our stay until we absolutely had to leave! You won't find a better beachfront on the whole island than at The Beach House. And the staff - they are genuinely wonderful, kind, and incredibly helpful, making it so hard to say goodbye to this little piece of paradise. We treasured every moment and are already planning our return next year. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic location, couldn't be better. Snorkeling spot with turtles in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, 10/10. The villa was spacious and clean with a wonderful seaview. Restaurant was also good (perhaps not the best price/quality ratio if compared to other options), and we loved the smoothies by the pool side. Overall a great price/quality option!!

Located on a nice beach a 15 minute walk from the main ferry port (or you can negotiate a 100k car taxi or 60k mototaxi to take you to the hotel from the port). The hostel has a social vibe, friendly staff, and an onsite restaurant. Try their yummy fried chicken with mushroom gravy; skip the double cheeseburger unless you like sweet/tangy sauces and meat half the size of the bun. I recommend the hostel’s tours around the island. They’re a great way to make friends at the hotel and you avoid driving a motorbike around the island (the roads are extremely narrow and washed out all around the island, making motorbike driving dangerous, slow, and frustrating… the island also has terrible traffic with backed-up lines of tourist-filled vans making their way on these tiny roads).

    The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. But if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy the sea, Gili Meno is the perfect choice.

    A really beautiful island, so relaxing with lots of stunning...

    A really beautiful island, so relaxing with lots of stunning beaches and a lovely laid back feel. Great snorkelling, lots of turtles & superb food & cocktails!! We also went to Gilli air but we much preferred Gilli menu, it’s pure paradise.

    It is an all natural experience!

    It is an all natural experience! Walking around the islands, bare foot in sandy roads, eat in restaurants in the sand, swim in crystal clear waters and with the company of the turtles! It was amazing! But as in overall Indonesia, the trash issue needs to be considered urgently!!

    The island is amazing, however there is a lot of rubbish...

    The island is amazing, however there is a lot of rubbish everywhere, great vibe on the island and you are literally surounded by the beautiful sea, amazing sunsets. Assume they are still suffering from the backlash of covid as quite a few empty run down buildings. Well worth the travel time for the experiance.

    Island vibe simple and quieter Not any shops but adequate for simple supplies Excellent response from Medics when called upon for unwell guest., Restaurants with varied Menus Attended a Family wedding function on the Isand which was amazing, perfect. Services and suppliers were 10/10 , a local Wedding planner assisted. A wonderful special occassion.

    Ora Villas was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon, it's very much catered towards couples and you even have your own private pool which felt like a real touch of luxury! The staff were amazing and so helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very comfortable and clean and we were seconds away from the ocean where we saw lots of turtles! The area was peaceful and around a 10-15 min walk from the main stretch of other hotels on the island. We had a lovely stay at Ora thank you.

    Le Pirate in Gili Meno exceeded my expectations. Even though I was there for one night I can say the staff is amazing, the food and drinks are excellent. Saw so many turtles just in front of the hotel in the morning. Pool area is fantastic! A special shoutout to the "lady in black" who saved my day by arranging a horse taxi to the harbour when mine didn't show up, ensuring I caught my boat back to Bali on time. Raphael at the front office was incredibly fun and friendly.

    The location and facilities are dreamy. The staff is lovely and gave us complementary drinks on arrival and snacks during the day. The breakfast was delicious and generous. They have free snorkelling masks and we could see turtles, coral and fishes in the beach. Honestly, it’s the best hotel in the island. We really want to go back and stay more than 1 night. It’s perfect for couples and relaxing.

    The location and the staff! This hotel is comfortable, laid back and in a great location on the sunrise side of Gili Meno. The rooms are large and you can watch sunrise from your terrace. As shared in other reviews you’re able to snorkel right off the beach with turtles! Also this side of the island is quieter as it has less other hotels. Will definitely return!
