Expensive, and the pool was a little dirty, but the staff are great, the room was nice and felt clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable, air conditioning was great. Only draw back was the price.

The bungalows were well equipped and clean it just wasn’t my favorite place to stay. I think some people would love it. Location was good. I rated staff as average because we didn’t really have any interaction with them apart from checking us in so I can’t really comment fully
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
We planned to stay at pai yard guest house for one week but we had such a great time so we decided to stay for 1 month until the end of our staying in Thailand.
One of the most welcoming places we have ever stayed in.
The owner of the guesthouse always was interested to make us feel like home.
Thank you very much for hosting us with such a good energy.
Gonna come back again for sure in our next trip to pai. ♥️
We loved it here! Perfect location- quiet in the evenings but a short walk to busy part of town. Our host was amazing, so sweet and kind! The rooms are clean and the bedding is good quality. Breakfast is HUGE and they serve everything with loads of fresh fruit. I already want to go back and we just left. We were staying at a different hotel and had to leave because they had fleas ...we were able to check in early here and redeem our pai experience.
This is a super cute guesthouse! I arrived to Pai with a low budget and I really wanted to be close to the center. The location is amazing, the room is simple and cozy, really kind host, and a fun balcony to hung out. I think it’s perfect for a solo traveler looking for a simple place in a great location.
Definitely value for money!
Beautiful boutique hotel. Our cabin/room was perfect and so quaint. Very clean and great facilities. The gardens were amazing too. Location, you couldn't be closer to the walking street but it was lovely and quiet.
We loved the porch and river side chairs! It was a great location and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room is very charming! Really great value for the money in my opinion.
The atmosphere at the hostel was great! The pool and chillout area is really nice and it was easy to get to know other guests. My private bungalow was clean and provided everything needed. It overlooked a little pond and was farther away from the dorms and common area. The staff was helpful - also in booking transport for excursions. The hostel is a short walk (10-15 min) from the city center but therefore it was more quiet at night. I would stay there again!
Loved our stay here.
Lovely guest house on a quiet road a very short walk away from Walking Street night markets.
Grocery shops just round the corner and also close to cafe's and restaurants.
The room was large with a decent sized bathroom and was clean. Good choice of breakfasts as well!
Stuart and Pop are great hosts and very kind, they are attentive and friendly and do everything they can to help make your stay better!
