Location was great Some of the guards didn't help my wife as she was carrying a heavy box The driver arranged for our airport drop off earlier today wasn't very helpful either. Kept asking us if we wanted to visit factories for coffee, chocolates and handicrafts, clearly he was going to get a commission. Kept asking us repeatedly. Once we politely said no, he lost interest in helping us with the luggage later. Sara, the concierge, helped arrange this driver. Sara was friendly though and the guy arranging our check-in was great.

Superb location. Close to Bukit Bintang, Low Yat Plaza and Lalaport was adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious with an excellent view. Breakfast was good, but a little busy. The mall inside the hotel offered a huge option for shoppoing and food. The indoor theme park was also a bonus. Room service was very prompt.

Stayed 3 days as part of an Asia tour - Last stop following HK (Arca hotel), Bangkok (Muu) and Khao Lak (Outrigger). We enjoyed KL. Weather was mid 30s and dry, with two sunny and one overcast day. The Petronas towers are worth a visit. We also did Batu caves, but they were very busy, and lots of work was ongoing (including the seeming demolition of a historic temple with pneumatic drills...). Use "Grab" for taxis, but make sure you specify a large one for airport runs or your bags won't fit in. Lots of shopping - it feels like too many high end malls. Petaling market is good for "hooky" bargains - (good);fake RL or LaCoste polos for less than a UK tenner etc Troica was great for a cocktail and food in Fuego as the sun set with Petronas towers views

Kuala Lumpur is a modern and developed city.

Kuala Lumpur is a modern and developed city. I like how convenient it is to travel around the city. Grab, LRT, and Monorail are very useful. Food is another thing I like about Kuala Lumpur. Malaysian, Chinese, and other Asian cuisines offer a variety of sumptuous food options. Also, shopping in Kuala Lumpur is a great experience. It has a lot to offer. Lastly, the Malaysians are nice and friendly. Well, at least this is my experience interacting with Malaysians. P.S. Kuala Lumpur feels safe. This is my 4th time in Kuala Lumpur and I have always had a great impression of the city.

Loved all of Kuala Lumpur to be honest.

Loved all of Kuala Lumpur to be honest. Spent a lot of time in Chinatown and Brickfields. It feels like a tourist's impression of authentic lifestyles in KL, whereas Bukit Bintang was far too Western/tourist oriented for my taste. Went out to Petaling Jaya for a day and loved the food and culture.

I was a little disappointed to see that KL which I used to like 20 (!!!) years ago hasn't changed.... Feels like the city is stuck back in time but with worsened traffic.... The underground still uses TOKENS to pay for the journeys, the sinage is unhelpful, lots of passaged have no AC... In general, public transport is slow and hot, fortunately taxis aren't expensive. The airport is MADNESS (from filling out the digital arrival card to waiting for our driver at pickup point as he was stuck in a huge queue of other vehicles entering the airport - we were waitinf for him for about 45 min in the heat - no ACs or public internet, so DO BUY a local sim on arrival). Quality of mobile internet was very bad and sharing onto other devices wasn't possible. On the positive side, we really enjoyed our trip to the Birds reserve and to the nearby park.

You can explore KLCC on foot, very easy to get a round. The metro system is very good and super clean! Friendly people, amazing food choices, locally or internationally with so many trendy eateries around town, the best yet is that majority of people speak English. I will come back to visit other places in Malaysia.

The hotel offers a good standard. Breakfast was very varied, recommendable. Rooms are good, some walls need painting, but absolutely good for the stay. The Chinese quarter is lively. Just opposite the hotel is PS-150, an interesting bar. If travelling by plane from the airport, I recommend taking the AirPort Express. The journey to KL Sentral takes only 30 minutes. From the station, either order a Grab taxi or take the metro. It is only one stop to the hotel.

It is a cute little room which is very clean. So is the hotel. Staff was also very friendly. The room had towels, brushes, water, shampoo, hair dryer which is important every traveler. Plus they had a dispenser to refill water as well. Location is also very convenient. It’s in walking distance to Jalan Alor, Petaling Street, KLCC, Bukit Bintang which are the main attractions. It’s located in the city centre within 2-3km from the kl sentral.
