Great location in the heart of the center. Rooms are in an old building that has been renovated with steep stairs and an elevator. Canal with beautiful building fronts is a few steps away as well as many charming shops and restaurants. Front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Room service breakfast was a lovely addition

A gem of a city. Easy to get to from Schipol, great bars, restaurants, independent shops. Lots to do, we had plenty to keep us entertained for our 2/3 days, with more still to see for a future trip. When you've done Amsterdam a few times, go chill out in beautiful Haarlem... just don't tell anyone, sshhhh!

The Saturday market is vibrant.
The Saturday market is vibrant. A wide collection of goods and friendly people. It's open from 10-4. Corrie Ten Boom tickets must be secured months in advance. Attended church on Sunday to soak in the spiritual culture of the area. Try a canal ride or settle into an outdoor tavern and watch the city speed by on a bicycle.

The church was beautiful, I bought a present for my neighbour and the post office wrapped it! There were lots of lovely little shops and markets. The Teyler museum was well worth a visit. People are friendly and always ready to give directions. It was easy to visit other places with a good train and bus service. I loved it

We stayed 4 nights in Haarlem, using it as a base to visit not only Haarlem, but Leiden, Delft and Keukenhof. It has great transport links. We then spent a day and a half in Amsterdam and by far preferred Haarlem. Restaurants were great and it has a nice vibe.

We stayed for a week in the split level apartment. It was really quaint and comfy, and felt like a home from home. The children enjoyed using the cafe in the afternoon, and the atmosphere was always chilled. Location was fab and we would stay again! Haarlem has so much to offer, culturally, with a great selection of historic sites, museums and restaurants. It was really easy to access the train into Amsterdam too.
We had amazing days at Park 43! Since we didn't want to stay in Amsterdam, we decided on Haarlem and were very lucky with an incredible host, attentive from the first contact. The apartment is excellent, with great accommodations. We spent New Year's Eve there because we wanted some tranquility and it couldn't have been more special. It was an excellent stay, we hope to be able to come back one day!
Henk and Annemarie were extremely welcoming at the hotel. The rooms were great and the breakfast was lovely. It was a great hotel for our family holiday - easy access to Amsterdam and also an opportunity to see other parts of the country.
Can recommend this hotel. Very close to railway station in Haarlem, so very convenient to go Amsterdam. We really liked the room; clean, nice design, spacious, tea- and coffeemaking facilities. Breakfast was also really good, very fresh.
The location was excellent and the facilities were all as listed. Good value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Will be back again.
